Our commitment
Benadep is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Benadep aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We test against this standard via a combination of automated tooling (Axe-core, Lighthouse) and manual review (keyboard-only flows + screen readers).
Known limitations
- Some third-party content (vendor product copy, embedded videos in tutorials) may not yet match our internal accessibility bar. We review reports from users and ask vendors to update their content.
- Decorative imagery on the homepage hero is intentionally hidden from assistive technologies; equivalent text alternatives are provided in headings and copy.

Assessment approach
Benadep assesses accessibility through a combination of:
- Axe-core integration in our component test suite (CI gate).
- Lighthouse CI thresholds (Accessibility ≥ 0.95).
- Keyboard-only navigation review of every customer-facing flow.
- Periodic manual screen-reader audits (VoiceOver on macOS/iOS, NVDA on Windows).
- Pre-launch external professional audit (planned).
